What a beautiful card from a beautiful deck! It is great to see our money Messenger of the Tarot show up today with the promise of new beginnings and perhaps an incredible financial opportunity in the mix. But, wait! Mercury is retrograde, so what, oh what should you do? The Page of Pentacles can be about that good news for which you’ve been waiting…the possibility of a new job, interview, promotion, or raise. So, how do you handle it?
Ok, so the primary rule of Mercury retrograde when it comes to jobs is not to accept a new one at this time, unless…this offer comes to you through someone for which you have previously worked. That is the basic gist of it. So, if you are working for a company, and they offer you a dream promotion, with greater pay, go for it. But, what if you are a regular Joe Schmoe off the street, unemployed, down to your last dime, you are thankful to have been offered an interview, but do not know the course of action to take. TAKE THE JOB!!! It is more important at the moment to find employment and begin earning in order to put yourself back on your feet. If, down the line, things aren’t working out the way you had hoped, the Universe will provide when the timing is right. This is the one rule of Mercury retrograde that we all need to learn to bend when necessary. May the Universe provide you with the employment needed to care for yourself and your loved ones.
