In the video included with this post, I talk about two aspects occurring today, which may make this the Monday for which you were not hoping. However, this does not need to be a down-and-out feeling, a stressed-out-beyond-belief type of day. There can actually be some form of healing taking place here. You may be asking how this is possible since most view this card as way-less-than positive, but it is also indicative of the possibility of recovery.
Recovery can come in many forms, and one of the prime examples I can give is the exploration of alternative methods for healing a physical ailment. Non-traditional methods such as acupuncture, chiropractor, yoga, meditation, nutritionist, herbalist, you get the idea, as these can help you take a different approach in seeking a greater form of wholeness. Apply this theory to your life today and find those means to alleviate the stress which plagues you and allow yourself to recover.
