Card of the Day – 4 of Pentacles – Monday, September 7, 2020

Starting your week under the influence of a Taurus Moon, coupled with Venus just having entered fun-loving Leo, it would be a good time to tighten the pursestrings. Leo is associated with gambling and risk-taking, while Taurus concerns itself with indulgence, especially in life’s comforts. When it comes to finances, between the two, you could find yourself with an extremely full grocery cart, leaving you with a higher-than-usual grocery bill, or leaving the casino with empty pockets.

Today’s 4 of Pentacles is urging you to take a conservative approach on this Monday, and while nothing ventured – nothing gained, is a wise old adage, in this instance it is wiser not to overindulge and hang tight when it comes to your money. This is also a card of not budging, or letting go, being unwilling to shift one’s position. It is a very miserly card, but in this instance, this type of behavior on your part seems warranted.
