Card of the Day – The Moon – Tuesday, May 4, 2021

I am sorry this post was missing yesterday, I have been a bit under the weather for several weeks, and it all caught up to me. The audio was available on PodBean, YouTube, and Instagram.

Blame it on the Moon! This is a phrase which has been coined when everything in the Universe seems to be going a bit wonky. It happens, and sometimes it actually is the Moon, for it has the most influence on our daily lives. Do not get me wrong, there are definitely factors from all of the planets which matter, but the Moon being so close, and even having the ability to affect the tides, well it does win hands down. So today, the Moon itself is in the rebellious sign of Aquarius, and will square Venus, and conjunct Jupiter, before moving into Pisces at the tail-end of the day. Both of these lend themselves toward a more sociable feeling, but it is Tuesday, and most of you are probably supposed to be working. It does not appear that a whole lot will be accomplished.

The Moon card is one I always like to compare to the Sun and Star cards, in order to better understand where its energy is lurking. It is a bit more hidden, unlike the Sun, which is bright, vibrant, and life-giving, and the Star which brings such hope and optimism. Things are dim and often obscure, and this is a good time to be shedding any fears you may have. Not all is perfectly clear when this card shows up, so it would not be the best time for trying to make important decisions.
