This energy is akin to a Chinese finger puzzle, leading to a great deal of frustration.  Restrictive influences, possibly even from authority figures, or those with more power, could be preventing you from doing what your heart desires. Passions run strong here, but they are stifled, leaving you feeling you cannot complete what you have set out to do for whatever reason.
