This is not a pleasant aspect, in that it showcases pain, both physical and emotional/mental, showing that which longs to be healed.  There can be a lack of confidence due to the Sun being in this aspect; this type of feeling can lead to some depressing moments, perhaps because hope is lost temporarily, but it is best to remember that this is energy and it does not last.
