This can be a tricky one, if you really want to be heard and known.  Mars can be assertive and pushy, and this manner of approach is not usually well-received.  Be more strategic in how you go about making your requests, putting thought into what to say, before you say it.  There is a competitive atmosphere at the moment, which can only escalate things, if not handled carefully.  This particular one, with a retrograde Mars, might not provoke another as easily as a direct Mars would tend to do.  However, Mars is considered to be out of bounds at this time, so behavior can be erratic, and unpredictable.
