This can be a tricky one, if you really want to be heard and known.  Mars can be assertive and pushy, and this manner of approach is not usually well-received.  Be more strategic in how you go about making your requests, putting thought into what to say, before you say it.  There is a competitive atmosphere at the moment, which can only escalate things, if not handled carefully.  This particular one, with Sun in Libra, may help to weigh things out before going in with guns blazing, and a retrograde Mars may not provoke another as easily as a direct Mars would tend to do.
