Scammers come to mind immediately with this aspect.  Beware of those who would pull the wool over your eyes, because the confusion from which you might suffer here, can make you prone to fall for someone’s unethical tactics.  More so than usual, it is wise not to answer unknown numbers on your phone, or respond to any type of communication which appears to be from a trusted source.  Never, ever click on a link.  Instead, go to the official website of the person supposedly contacting you, and connect with them from there, making them aware of your concerns.  This is definitely not a day to sign anything, and give it two days before and after, just to be on the safe side.  Any form of agreement or commitment to something is probably not a good idea.  If you are simply feeling overall discouraged about life, and the way it is treating you, as Neptune can create disillusionment, then turn your focus toward more creative endeavors at this time.
