Should you know someone prone to outbursts, or fits of anger, this would be a good time to keep your distance.  Egos may flare up, bringing out the nasty side of someone’s personality.  If this is you, ask yourself why is this nervous energy building up which needs an outlet.  Out-of-the-blue changes are possible now, either on your part, or that of another.  A reckless change of course may not prove to have the best outcome, and can lead to actual accidents if not careful.
