Venus, currently in its post-shadow phase in the sign of Gemini, is all about love and money, and Chiron is here, showing up those old wounds which need to be healed.  This is a positive aspect, meant to bring healing to a situation which may have caused pain for some time.  As an example, finally taking care of that much-needed divorce can go a long way toward healing the wounds which have been present.  There are many ways to heal, and I believe you will find that it is not all about calling someone to say you are sorry.  It is about actually fixing things.
