If you could shine a light toward something you wish to heal, and then watch it happen, which way would you point it?  While this is not a promise of perfection, it could signal the light at the end of a very long tunnel, at least in a particularly hurting part of life.  And, it is ok to be emotional, and cry even, simply from relief, because healing, after all, feels good.
