New Moon blessings! Today is the New Moon Annular Solar Eclipse 28° Aquarius, the first eclipse of 2026. Aquarius eclipses are my least favorite, but the 8 of Pentacles is a card I absolutely love. It is a hardworking card, designed to help you put forth the extra effort necessary for a job well done. Pull out your To-Do List, and whatever else you deem necessary to accomplish the task-at-hand. Sometimes you need to find a more secluded, private place to do things, and perhaps even burn the midnight oil to make it all happen. Set aside your social media and activities and give your project your all. You will be glad you did.
The 8 of Pentacles is a bit of a workaholic card, avoiding distractions in order to pursue your goals in a more serious manner. Whatever needs your undivided attention deserves it, and so it should be.
