Not a pretty picture, I know. It’s not as bad as it looks. You can’t fix everything in a day. The best thing to do is fix one thing at a time.
When you try too hard to think about it all, it can be very stressful. You’re in a position now to slowly start to remove your stressors, one at a time. Some will leave scars that will haunt you for a long time; others will be soon forgotten.
Just remember. One thing at a time; one day at a time! Enjoy your weekend!
