Fairness in all matters is implied today.  Be fair in your dealings. Look carefully at both sides of the story. Are you the mediator? It will be difficult to choose as both sides have valid points. The same but different. 

Justice may be at hand. Remember to cut right to the heart of the matter. Is anyone victorious here? Or do you have a stalemate?

If documents need to be signed, make sure you have all the facts. Both parties need to feel they have what they need today.
