Seven gold cups float on the clouds. The little purple monster is intrigued by all that they hold and wonders which he would choose. He must think carefully, not everything is as it appears.
Card Meaning
Not all is as it seems. Dreams can soothe us, they can inspire us, and even help us to explore our darker selves, from the safety of our sleep. They can be wonderful, beautiful retreats where we can indulge in our fantasies and explore the decisions before us without changing anything in reality. But they are illusion – they distort the truth and can distract us from action on the hopes and desires we hold in the waking world. You have to ensure you don’t blur the line between fantasy and reality.
