Through the Eyes of Tarot – Mercury in Gemini – June 6 through 21, 2017
With Mercury feeling at home, finally back in Gemini, the gift of gab may come in handy when it comes to helping you open a few doors. Where there has been confusion in your thoughts, they shall be met with more clarity, purpose and truth, allowing you to get your creative juices flowing. Be sure to look both ways before choosing any new directions, for with Gemini, there is always two sides to everything. Divine inspiration can help bring about new beginnings and positive change. Be prepared to stand up and take charge of your changes.
Plans always seem to have a way of looking good on paper, and in theory. At some point, in order to test the waters, it may be necessary to jump in with both feet first. What is the worse thing that could happen? Back to the drawing board! Remember, having a backup plan in place is better than flying by the seat of your pants with no safety net in place. When it comes to relationships, my favorite adage, DO NOT ENGAGE, comes to mind. Rise above any petty annoyances or cliquish behaviors. Let your main focus be the abundance which you are trying to create, and should any of that be financial, remember to put some away for a rainy day. Chance meetings can prove to be fruitful for you.

Through the Eyes of Tarot – Mercury in Taurus – March 31, 2017
Be mindful of those Taurus blinders, and be sure to look both ways before proceeding. While progress may be slow in clearing up a lingering issue from the past, you find favor from the Universe to help you get the ball rolling. You can take control of the situation as you work toward your new identity, ultimately putting yourself back in the driver’s seat. If wise, by using the lessons of the past, you can truly make this work for you.
Even though it is retrograde season and you may think the Universe will not grant you your true desire at this time, it is important to keep on putting forth the efforts. Know that you will be rewarded when the timing is right. There is still change available to you right now through your continued hard work, but those changes come in small installments, dribs and drabs, if you will. Of course, I would be remiss if I did not express the need to take your time and be thorough with things, double and triple checking, as it may be hard to determine if you have the proper clarity needed for certain choices.
You can unlock an adventure which leads to the fulfillment of a long-term wish. You shall not know where this journey is headed, but faith will take you places of which you could only dream and fantasize. Remember, not every dream or fantasy is foolish in nature; if you can dream it, you can achieve it, just not right now. But, you are on your way and shall meet many new people on your journey. Show compassion to strangers and the less fortunate, and allow your new experiences to fill you with great wisdom. Through the Eyes of Tarot – Mercury enters Aries – March 13, 2017
The pace of the conversation picks up and your karma is definitely on the move. Relationships of all types are up for review, likely because Venus is retrograde, but during Mercury in Aries, you will be required to make a solid decision regarding one of them. This is something which could crop up suddenly which needs your attention, however, you know the drill. Keep your emotions balanced and your thoughts mature; the slightest sign of movement leaves you chomping at the bit to rush in head first.
There is victory over an emotional betrayal, but it may not be entirely personal. In actuality, it may be achieved by someone else on your behalf. This is a positive moment; healing is necessary to overcome the pain. Opportunity awaits and calculated judgment on your part is necessary; do not forget to consult your inner voice as well, as it likely has some very sound advice to give you.

Mercury enters Pisces – February 25, 2017 6:07pm EST
As Mercury is finishing up another tour of the zodiac, you find yourself doing some finishing up of your own. By the time this is over, you will be ready for the abundance a particular new beginning may bring. The betrayal is still thick in the air as Mercury enters Pisces just a day before the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Pisces. The heart may shed a tear, and perhaps you will let one slip, but you are all about using the guidance of the Universe to rise up and meet the challenges. Mentally, you have been prepared for this, perhaps emotionally not so much. You are sticking to your guns in an organized fashion.
Wishes which may show a hint of coming true lend themselves to the fear that it may not all be real. The dreaminess of Pisces leading you to meander into that fantasy world when you sleep, may leave you wondering if anything is real. The New Moon will allow you to release some of these fears and there is joy to be had when you do. With Mercury full-speed-ahead in Aquarius, you may feel like pulling out all of the stops to create your happiness. Victories at this time may feel a bit bittersweet, or even temporary, given this is eclipse season and most other planets will be retrograding in the near future. You do manage to manifest an awesome opportunity if you are paying attention, but you may find it is still not enough to please you, as certain situations which get your goat, continue to fuel your discontent.
Be observant of the practices of others; all may not be as it seems, and it is important to locate the true facts. Shutting others out is not necessarily the answer if you are feeling a bit disillusioned by it all. If challenges present themselves, stick with the facts, with what you know; be prepared to step up and take the lead with something on your agenda. The timing is right for a choice in direction.

Through the Eyes of Tarot – Mercury in Sagittarius – November 12 through December 2, 2016
Perhaps you have been feeling a little cheated in the happiness department; do not change who you are, be reliable and trustworthy in spite of it all. Come together in the name of love with others to celebrate; there are many victories to be had, even if you are unhappy with the status quo. Take your time, and be sure to spend it with your peers; there is strength and safety in numbers.
It has been a bit difficult to keep emotions totally balanced and maintain that cool, kind and generous exterior. However, you manage to rein those emotions back in as you begin the trek toward the light, which now somehow seems to be a little bit longer. Like it or not, you are moving on from a way of life, with no choice in the matter. Your reality has been skewed and your fears of what is to come may perhaps be heightened due to the darkness of the tunnel you feel you have just entered.
All is not lost, and recovery from the damage which has been done is possible. Remember, loves trumps hate, and in a world of chaos, you may very well need to be the calm in someone’s storm. The clarity will come and other angles will be explored, although things may feel a bit up in the air for a while. Change will come through your creativity and the inspiration to receive from the Universe to help you enact it. Eliminate all negativity around you, as it will hold you back and impede your progress.

Through the Eyes of Tarot – Mercury in Scorpio – October 24 through November 12, 2016
Messenger Mercury, the planet of communication, enters into the sign of Scorpio, keeper of secrets. Scorpio being the great detective may not be wishing to keep secrets at this time, rather to be exposing them. An opportunity presents itself around work and/or finance which allows you to transition toward a smoother journey. Indeed, a wish may provide some much-needed balance and clarity with regard to a particular relationship. Keep your wits about you; speak the truth, and do not jump to conclusions.
Decisions should not be blocked by worry, regrets and fear. If your approach to choices is too emotional, you may create a beautiful illusion for yourself. Now is not a time to be deceiving yourself; you are undergoing a restructuring of your life purpose and wisdom needs to be applied here.

Through the Eyes of Tarot – Mercury in Libra – October 7 through 24, 2016
In one sense, after Mercury’s extended stay in Virgo, switching signs may feel like a breath of fresh air. However, do not expect the Libra energy to bring fast-paced results to some of your conversations. This is a time of creation and you are only at the beginning. Do not be surprised if it takes longer to weigh decisions, even though you may be chomping at the bit to get on with it. Relationships are also a part of this and there may be some hesitancy to push matters.
Do not allow your emotions to control you. This part of the journey is one of discovery and you may need to explore various roads and options until you find the right fit. Do not doubt yourself. Believe in your vision for change and maintain the clarity to eliminate any nonsense standing in your way.
While you may make some decisions during Mercury in Libra, you may also waffle on them. It is not always easy to break old patterns and habits. Don’t be, or allow anyone else to be, a roadblock to the balance you seek in your life.
