I believe I am changing his name to the King of Chill. Nobody does it better, especially under the Scorpio Moon with positive vibes from planet Neptune. The world outside might seem frightful at times, but this guy has a way of maintaining his composure, even in the most stressful situations which would send others running. You would do well to use him to your advantage today, for there really is no reason to let your emotions get the better of you.
