Venus and Jupiter are conspiring to bless you with elements which will provide stability, through both finances and relationships. The Emperor is all about that stable foundation, but he can often present himself as a roadblock to what you perceive to be your best course of direction. While Venus might be encouraging you to color outside the lines, he will want to prevent it and prefer you follow the rules.

The Emperor generally has your best interests at heart, but is much like the parent who preaches what you should and should not do.
