Managing difficult people is nothing short of an art form. It has its advantages, but it can also grow old over time. Sometimes you might want to say what you are really thinking, but stop short knowing it is a trigger which can have a negative outcome. Avoiding conflict is not taking the easy way out, and with so much volatility, like a stationing Uranus, you should be glad you did. Employing kindness, rather than grief will earn you more brownie points, so bite your tongue if need be and hope for the best.

The Strength card goes far beyond strength itself, it is patience, but the type which is not pushy when trying to get what you want.
