At one time this was the most-frequent card in the Tarot to make an appearance here. It still shows up from time to time to remind you that you are not as trapped as you think you are. Today, if you are feeling powerless over something, some out-of-the-box thinking might be necessary. Being willing to step outside of your comfort zone to achieve a goal is often one of the best moves you can make. If a situation does not seem to be providing solutions, entertaining outside options could be necessary. Remember the only one who can stop you is you.

The 8 of Swords is a card of feeling trapped, as if your hands are tied, powerless, no solutions and answers in sight, needing to step outside your comfort zone to effect change.
