This goes hand in hand with yesterday’s Justice card. In order to achieve the Justice that each of us is seeking, it will be necessary to form new alliances in order to carry out a plan effectively. If you are not sure you see this, you need only look to governments around the globe, as people break ranks with party members in order to become a part of a team which will restore balance.
The 3 of Pentacles requires us to work within an established structure, whether in a supervisory position, or as an apprentice. Everyone involved has a valid opinion and ideas, and all of these should be incorporated into the final outcome of the project for maximum effect.
