It’s back to the rat race today with the nose-to-the-grindstone energy of the 8 of Pentacles. This card demands that you show up on time and do the job right. The scope goes way beyond work itself, asking that you block out the distractions of the outside world and put your focus into the task-at-hand. Today is one of those days which could see you staying long after everyone else is gone, whether there is overtime pay involved or not.
This is a good time to review your To-Do List and see what you can accomplish today. It is important to be meticulous and give your projects your all. Take pride in your work ethic, even if it is only for a personal matter on which you are working. There is a tendency here to want to get it right the first time. It is also a good time to sit down and carefully go over your intentions for tomorrow’s New Moon in Taurus, which is perhaps the most important of the year. Tomorrow kicks off a new seven-year cycle as Uranus enters Taurus not long after the New Moon occurs, so it certainly can not hurt to have a clue what it is you wish to manifest in the coming days, weeks, months, and years.
