Ah, the joy of the Moon in Taurus! Well, at least it falls on a Sunday, which may make it easier. There is a tendency to overindulge oneself when the Moon is in this slow-moving energy. A sofa full of snacks, cookies, pie, ice cream, you name it, you, your remote, and Netflix. If you have been trying really hard to curb your cravings, today may prove difficult for you as Taurus is concerned with pleasure and comfort. Hopefully you have a built-in cheat day on the calendar.
So, here comes the Temperance card, serving as a reminder NOT to overindulge, NOT to focus too much to an extreme, for, if you do, you really stand the chance of throwing things out of balance. It urges you to live in moderation, be patient with yourself and others, and to know that when these things are off-kilter in your life, it can seriously impact your health. Should this energy catch you off guard, and you have trouble reining in your urge for your guiltiest pleasure, then vow to do better next time. Consult a moon calendar for your time zone, and make note of when the Moon is in one-can’t-hurt-you Taurus, and next time you will be prepared with a better plan of attack.
