Artist Interpretation

A man stands on the seashore and looks out over the see where the ships sail away. There are three wands stuck in the sand near him. A spectator can see the man from behind and only rich garments and a golden helmet reveals his high social status. The man seems as if he thinks of sea travel, looking for new experience. The picture on the card naturally creates a sense of depth, almost the 3D effect.

Card Meaning

Three of Wands represents efforts within a new experience, anticipating probable obstacles, and planning. Sometimes it may be travel to explore the unknown. The most significant elements of this card are the following:
– traversing a new path;
– estimating prospects;
– planning future actions;
– being prepared to overcome obstacles.
