This is one of those cards which always seems to wind up in the negative pile, but it does not need to be. As a matter of fact, I feel quite the opposite about it today. You see, the 5 of Pentacles represents something which is lacking, a poverty of sorts, not necessarily being the money in your bank account. You could be feeling spiritually off, or contemplating an area of life which lacks the luster for which one would hope.
Today is more about looking that void in your life straight in the eye, and having the resolve to fix it. Can you fix it today? Probably not, however, you can gain a greater understanding of what needs to be done. Remember, you currently have Venus on your side, as it transits home sign of Libra. Venus adds grace and charm wherever she goes, and is all about love and money. She can help you now in assessing and taking the required steps to overcome whatever it is you feel needs mended.
