She is a natural-born leader, manager material, so to speak, not one to be in the trenches, rather overseeing the big picture to make certain things are running smoothly. Yes, she is capable of hands-on work, but her abilities are best suited for being able to ascertain, what, and who, is best to complete the project on time and come in under budget. There is a creative fire which burns within; it never goes out, and she can step up and show the way. You do not need to be the boss, or even have a boss, to use her boss-lady energy; step up and be present in your own life, and give your passion to your visions of that which you wish to create.
