We do not usually see the King of Pentacles on a Monday; generally, he likes to appear on the weekend. This could be because he is the ultimate Dad, the one who spoils his children and loved ones, hopefully within his means. He does concern himself with their necessities and nurtures them through the provision of their needs and wants. If he can afford it, he would be the one to spoil everyone, however, this week does come with a caution, when it comes to purchasing items of value…Mercury retrograde is set to begin on October 31 and run through November 20. It would seem more important at the moment to adopt the need the King of Pentacles displays for making a nest egg. This earthy King derives his power through his possessions and wealth, be he rich or poor.
It is possible for him to represent a work opportunity today, but do take into account the type of opportunity which may arise, and react accordingly. There is often a certain amount of contentedness associated with him; his hard work does and will pay off, and he enjoys the fruits of his labor.
