Work, work, work, work, work; now I sound like Rihanna (except I can not sing!). Hey, I know it is Sunday, but important things are going on here. If you have a home office, you may find yourself in there today, perhaps up to your elbows in paperwork. This is a good day to sequester yourself and get down to the nitty, gritty details of your To-Do List. Not something which sounds like fun, I know, but these types of efforts are generally rewarded at some point. Whether this is you just getting a handle on life itself, and tending to things which have needed your attention, or your devotion to a pet project is the object of your focus today, you may feel the need to do this.
The 8 of Pentacles is a card of hammering out details, working hard at something and blocking out the outside world, even to the point of declining social obligations to get things done. It is leaving no stone unturned, as you masterfully put the finishing touches on something near and dear to you. This is not the day to present it to the world, but rest assured that day is coming very soon.
