Adulting 101 – It is a well-known fact worldwide, that Monday has earned its reputation. Do not get me wrong, for I am not labeling this a bad day, just a Monday. Someone has to go out the door and make the money to buy the things; that is just how it works. There is currently, and has been for some time, a tremendous focus toward security, financial and otherwise. The Moon is still in Pisces today, and after yesterday’s glorious New Moon in this sign, your intentions right now may very well be directed toward the aforementioned security. The 10 of Pentacles fits this all too well, and with the amount of Pisces energy surrounding you, you may not feel much like a willing participant, even though you know you must.
Now, I know not everyone out there works, or even works today, but the feeling is still much the same. The earthy reality of what is necessary to maintain one’s status, while operating under a Pisces influence may very well bring up the conflict of dreams vs. current reality. What also needs to be considered here is experience, and the 10 of Pentacles can either bring you experience, whether you want it or not, or bring you someone with plenty, upon whom you can rely to impart some wisdom. Remember, with age comes experience, and experience itself often comes through learning by one’s mistakes. Generally, when someone older than yourself advises against taking a particular action, it is likely because they already own that T-Shirt and are merely hoping to save you the disappointment.
