I love this guy! By now you probably know he is my favorite King, and for good reason. He does not get all bent out of shape over every little thing, no matter how chaotic the world may become. The King of Cups is the poster boy for “Chill”, and rightfully so as he maintains a special brand of emotional balance which is well suited to those who are currently working the front lines in the war against COVID-19. He is that health care worker, fire fighter, police officer, even the janitor at the hospital, all those individuals who go toward the danger when others may flee, or are being asked to stay home.
His generosity and compassion are unequaled, except for perhaps by his counterpart, the very loving Queen of Cups. Handling oneself well in times of crisis, and having empathy for your fellow humans, are truly admirable traits. There is an underlying intuition here, indicating that our gentle King knows this shall pass, provided that calm prevails. He does not seek attention, nor does he cast blame, he remains honest and composed, something for which we must all strive in these difficult times.
