No doubt a great deal has happened since April 3, and not all of it pleasant, it would seem. That was when Venus first entered Gemini, the sign where it would reside during its retrograde, which occurs only every eighteen months. Today, finally, at long last, Venus is moving on, and entering Cancer, and you are able to leave that whole vibe behind you. First Mercury, earlier this week, and now Venus, yes things appear to be shifting.

The 5 of Pentacles is a card of poverty, financial distress, and lack, which can be about almost anything. With Venus being about both love and money, this really is quite the fitting card for this long-awaited sign change. Today’s 5 of Pentacles is here showing that you can recover from events of recent months, during which Venus was in both retrograde, and/or shadow. Putting all of this energy behind you will enable you to begin to piece things back together, and to restore some form of order to your life.
