Card of the Day – The Sun – Sunday, October 18, 2020

What a great Sunday card! If your weather is cooperating, there is nothing finer than an adventure on a sunny day. The very essence of the Sun card is exactly as we think of the Sun itself, giving warmth, vitality, even instilling confidence; this bringer of life evokes a feeling of fun for all fortunate enough to bask in its rays. It can definitely be an ego booster. Sunday – Fun Day! Don’t you like the ring of that?

However, there is a testy aspect happening today, as the mighty Sun squares off with Saturn, the taskmaster, and of course everyone knows what a party-pooper, killjoy Saturn can be. You may be eyeing the sunny day out the window, wishing to go outside and soak it all up, but, in reality there is probably something demanding your attention, perhaps with a deadline, and just sucking all of the happy-happy, joy-joy, right out of you. Take care of what is necessary, and do the best to salvage your day. The energy will soon pass, and you will forget all about it.
