Today’s Moon remains in the detail-oriented sign of Virgo; it will go void toward evening, before entering Libra in tomorrow’s wee hours. Focus on the details which require your attention before the void begins. They do, after all, tend to lend a bit of confusion to things, and can often exacerbate the traits of a particular Moon in quite the opposite direction. There may be things which remain hidden and obscure, and may cause fears to crop up, perhaps because you do not have the clarity you feel you need, and 2020 probably left you rather jaded and disillusioned like so many of us. Your intuition can be working overtime with this card, encouraging you to trust your gut in matters which are conjuring up unnecessary fearful emotions. Release them, and know that this year you can make tremendous progress on your journey.
I always like to compare the Moon card to that of the Sun and the Star. The Moon is always dimly lit. Yes, there is light, but what you can see is limited under these conditions, and you do not know what lies beyond in the darkness. Whereas, the Sun is bright and life-giving, increasing vitality, and instilling confidence. That confidence may be lacking under the light of the Moon. The Star offers a promise, a wish, faith, and hope, that the Universe has your back, and it has a way of restoring optimism. Always remember that energies change frequently, and, before long, the road ahead will be smooth and brightly lit.
