Taurus is in the house, and none too soon I might add. Mars is now on day two of its normal-length transit, in this most grounded of signs. After bearing witness to six months of Mars in home sign of Aries, a slower, more deliberate pace will be most welcome. No doubt, Mars exited Aries on January 6 with an over-the-top bang. There is however, other Taurus energy with which to be concerned. It has its own surprises in store, and the next 10 days may show all types of shake-ups occurring out of left field. Uranus is stationing, going direct on the 14th, and the rumblings in this Earth sign can definitely be heard.
The Queen of Pentacles is a powerful Queen, in that she has achieved great wealth, not that she is rich, but she has what she needs, to care for herself, and for those she feels need her nurturing and support. This grounded individual is very maternal, and I always feel this is the ultimate Mom card, embodying the qualities of a Mom you know loves you and has your back, able to give sound advice, and to provide what you need. Use her grounded energy today to focus on the tasks-at-hand which need your attention. She is not prone to sudden flights of fancy, so you will be able to accomplish your goals through persistence.
