The Knight of Pentacles shows up today, not in correlation with the current energies, but in spite of them. As mentioned yesterday, the Sun and Mercury are in Aries, while the Moon is traveling through Gemini, and it will not make it home to Cancer until midday. So, the energy with which you are dealing, to start your day, still remains scattered, and prompting you to be going in numerous directions. Along comes Mr. Reliable, the Knight of Pentacles, to remind you to slow your roll, and do your best to do the job right the first time. He is very reminiscent of the “Tortoise” in the age-old fable, ‘The Tortoise and the Hare’. In this instance, the “Hare”, is you zooming around under the Aries-Gemini influence. This can be very helpful, but only to a point, so remembering what is expected of you, and showing up on time, will ultimately matter a great deal.

Routine can, at times, seem rather boring to most of us, but we all need some form of it in our lives, in order to maintain good structure. We set times to be places, and for when things should happen. Consistency and reliability are noteworthy qualities to have, and punctuality can have its rewards.
