The energy right now is not typical for this time of year, but it is available in the form of an earthy overload, if you will, courtesy of Mars at 29° Taurus, a stationing Uranus (extremely powerful) in Taurus, and Mercury at home in the Earth sign of Virgo. This makes our grounded Queen of Pentacles so very appropriate today, as she encourages you to remain so, and to focus on your power through what you possess, and to look after those for whom you care, especially in the form of nurturing. She is a power card, and the cosmos are screaming earthy power at you, telling you how deserving you are of all you wish to have and to be.

The Queen of Pentacles is like the ultimate Mom card, nurturing, earthy, kind, practical, grounded, and definitely self-sufficient, looking after those in her charge. She has a way of squirreling away what she needs for a rainy day, and it is even possible to have her cake and eat it as well.
