Every year there is a retrograde season, but some can be more difficult than others. Currently, we have two of the personal planets, Venus retrograde in Leo, and Mercury in shadow in its home sign of Virgo (preparing to retrograde on the 23rd). This is a tremendous period of review, and all options are possibly under scrutiny. The problem is the lack of clarity available at this time due to all of the retrogrades, so choices and options can feel more like wishful thinking, or some form of altered reality. Have patience, this will eventually change, but not today.

The 7 of Cups is a card of choices, illusion, disillusionment, seeing things through rose-colored glasses, lacking a realistic approach, and even those such as scammers who are trying to pull the wool over your eyes.
