Normally, when we see the 10 of Cups, things are all happy-happy, joy-joy, however, today, as we approach the second Full Moon (a/k/a a Blue Moon), occurring tomorrow at 7° Pisces, and a Supermoon at that, we need to reconsider the message of the card. Home and family life are brought into focus here, with a huge emphasis on relationships. Some might not be so easy at this time, due to Saturn and the Moon coming together (check your sky for visibility of Saturn), bringing a more somber tone to things, especially with females and elders.

The 10 of Cups is a card of emotional fulfillment, joy, happiness, weddings, family, and home, and it can still be put to good use, provided you are mindful of the prevailing energies which could tend to throw a bit of a monkey wrench into some of your closest personal relationships.
