The Hermit has impeccable timing, and it would seem his purpose is two-fold. He is here to assist you in meeting your goals, but as your tour guide on this journey, he provides light and guidance to navigate areas which might not be clear to you. First, he has brought you through the recent Mercury retrograde which only completed its post-shadow phase yesterday on the 11th, providing the light at the end of the tunnel. However, there is yet another tunnel ahead, as we are now only five days from a Pisces Lunar eclipse on the 17th. 

The Hermit is the tour guide of the Tarot, steering you in the direction which was meant for you.
