The Tarot is steeped in tradition, symbolism, and astrological associations. There are sometimes differing opinions as to zodiac connections, but whether you are in America, or following an East Indian approach, all meanings apply today. First is the planet of Venus, transiting the final degree of Pisces before moving into Aries tomorrow. Here is Western culture, the Fool is associated with the naivete of Pisces, while in India, the spontaneity of Aquarius, and the planet Uranus are given credit. Pluto, which is currently in Aquarius for the next twenty years, is stationing to retrograde on May 4. Uranus, known for its unpredictability will be making a rather favorable aspect on May 1st with the North Node, and it can be felt now. So in reality, one or all of these could apply to you. 

The Fool is a newbie, unaware of the pitfalls which lie ahead, and naive to the ways of the world. Fresh starts and great adventures are possible. Jumping in feet first without care can bring both pleasure and pain. The experiences will vary, and some will simply fly by the seat of their pants.
