How are you sleeping? Over time we can all become a little jaded, conjuring up fears where they need not be, and assuming because so much has already gone wrong that it will again do so. Living as though the other shoe is about to drop and losing sleep over it is no way to be. Remember thoughts are things, and when you think negative you will beget negative. Free your mind from all of the nightmarish scenarios rolling around in your head.
