In the Tarot, the Death card is associated with the astrological sign of Scorpio and the planet Pluto, the ruler of Scorpio. Currently, Mars, the other ruler of Scorpio is at home in this sign. Pluto is retrograde and at its station degree as it prepares to resume direct motion in less than two weeks. All of this means there is a great deal of transformative energy on tap. It is important to remember as Pluto covers death, rebirth, and transformation, something needs to die away in order to make room for the rebirth and transformation. Rather than fearing this card, it should be embraced for all the potential it holds.

The Death card is the most-feared card of the Tarot and has an undeserved bad reputation. Closing old doors so new ones may open leads to growth and positive change. Take the time to reflect on your changes and the actions you wish to take as Mars transits Scorpio and Pluto gets ready to go back online.
