This is a celebratory card, and it is not necessary to throw a party or raise a glass to be feeling good about something. Even the smallest of joyful experiences should be appreciated, and in a time where it has seemed as though one thing after another has been going wrong, perhaps it is time for something to go right. 

The 3 of Cups is a card of celebration, but is not defined by special occasions.
