It may not be easy, but balance of focus, and patience, are the name of the game today. We are definitely close enough to the Total Solar Eclipse in Leo on the 21 to feel the energies closing in around us. Keep your focus as balanced as you can; do not allow yourself to become so fixated on a particular subject that you become obsessive. I know this is easier said than done, but if you can maintain some modicum of calm today, you will weather these extreme energies much better.
Do watch out for obsessions and complusiveness which could come in any form, i.e., overeating, alcohol consumption, telephone usage, etc. It is in your best interest not to allow yourself to become so distracted by, or engrossed in, one particular thing, that you miss out on something else. Have patience both with yourself and others.
