I am not at all surprised to see our King of Cups show up immediately after such a potent Full Moon. Notably, this moon was preceded by the Queen of Cups, so having it flanked by these two cards gives us an idea of just how emotional things may have become.
Once again, just like our Queen, the King represents the stability of emotions. This is not always easy to do and not everyone is capable of it. The old adage, “it must be a full moon”, certainly applies here. There are those who have no control over such energies and react accordingly, and then there are those such as the King of Cups who must be the calm in the storm.
This Full Moon will bring up all kinds of out-of-left-field surprises, hidden truths and jarring situations. Be the King and avoid the drama.
