This card was once the most frequent Card of the Day on the blog, not so much anymore. But, when the 8 of Swords shows up, its greatest representation is that of feeling trapped by a particular situation. Funny, the timing of this card today, with Mercury going retrograde, I normally tend to view many cards in an opposite fashion.
Yesterday, we had the breakout mode of the Tower, and I felt it was overall a good Tower, allowing you to spring into action and accomplish something. So, it would appear that today, you are no longer feeling so trapped by this lingering situation. You may actually feel as though the solutions necessary to overcome it are beginning to present themselves to you. It is certainly about time, but I am not at all surprised as the energy between eclipses is very powerful and is capable of exacting changes in the Universe far and wide. Take a good look around today; the solutions exist. You may not be able to solve the problems of the world all in one day, but maintaining a thinking-out-of-the-box attitude can take you very far at this time.
