Viable progress! There is something to be said for feeling you are in charge of your changes to a greater degree. Whereas the 2 of Swords is representative of indecision, stalemates, and that fear of the unknown, now you are in a position to embrace the changes before you. While the fork in the road may not appear to be 100% clear, the odds are in your favor of making the best possible choice for yourself.
With the 2 of Wands, a crossroads, if you will, has appeared, and you are the one holding the ability to make your own choices. Tremendous progress can indeed be made today, and, in spite of Mercury retrograde, you are at least able to make decisions, if only based on a short-term path. This certainly must feel good, especially knowing that the next ten days are allowing you to truly close out a long and arduous chapter in your life.
