When the 5 of Swords appears, there are certain cautions which we must remember, the most important one being that winning at all costs does not usually bring long-term satisfaction, perhaps only short-term gratification and gloating. You can be a winner today, though, and claim for yourself a much-needed victory, especially if you have felt you have been battling to make progress within a certain area of life.
What you are overcoming is allowing you to move on to the next chapter of your life. Think of it this way…the 5 of Swords kind of being like “X” marks the spot, and once you cross that line, you are never going back that way again. There is no need for conflict here; you should avoid it if at all possible. Just know you are poised to pull off everything you need to at this time.
