Let’s talk about the Moon today, shall we. First of all, today the Moon is in Virgo, making it a great time to do all things organizational, and perhaps clean out a closet, or two. Second, the Moon will be void-of-course for most of you for the majority of the day, before it makes its entrance into Libra. A void-of-course Moon is when the Moon has had its last major aspect to a planet, such as a conjunction, or opposition. During this void-of-course, I tend to take on a Mercury retrograde attitude. It is not a good time for important communications, nor should you begin anything new. Third, the Moon is in its Balsamic phase, which pairs nicely with the void-of-course, and the fact that it is Sunday. It is a good time to just chill; fill your day with relaxing activities, including meditation, as the Moon continues to wane, before turning to darkness at the approaching New Moon in Libra.
The Moon card tends to bring up one’s fears and disillusionment. It is important to remember that things are not as clear by the light of the Moon and that your path is dimly lit. Know too, that nothing stays the same, and that the Sun eventually shines again. Don’t allow yourself to be filled with worry today, instead, adopt the mantra “Tomorrow is another day” and just take in your surroundings and breathe in the beauty of Mother Nature.
